A fifteen-second take, without a shoot.

Each take keeps its progress. If it fails, you see the failed stage and reason. Review another take from Create.
Nothing renders inside a request. A take is enqueued and the provider writes the result back when it finishes. If the render worker is not configured, generation answers with that exact named cause and the rest of the product keeps working.
Whose face
A catalogue avatar or your own presenter. Same path.
Keep a catalogue avatar or your own presenter on file, with optional licence or consent notes for your team.
Missing notes stay neutral. They do not block generation or expire a likeness.
What it costs when it fails
Debited before the provider runs. Credited back when it does not.
The refund adds a new ledger row. Monthly refills add to the same balance; they do not reset it.
Three failures, three messages.
- Not enough credits
- The take is never started and nothing is debited. Top up with a credit pack, or wait for the monthly refill.
- Plan concurrency ceiling
- Your plan's simultaneous renders are all in use. The take waits its turn; nothing is lost and nothing is spent.
- Vendor rate limit
- The provider returned 429. The take is retried, and if it cannot complete the debit is credited back in full.
Illustrative ledger.
Takes are priced in credits.
One credit is a static attempt. A fifteen-second take is 40–60.
Paid tiers add capacity for more takes.
The credit ledger is on every plan, including Free
